This is to find out information such as the number of visitors to different parts of the site. This information is only processed anonymously. I do not make, and do not allow Google Analytics to make, any attempt to identify those visiting my website.

Initial contact

When you contact me to enquire about my counselling services I will collect information to help me answer your enquiry. This includes your name and contact details. If you decide not to proceed, I will ensure this information is deleted within 30 days. If you would like me to delete this information sooner, please let me know.

 

Uses for information

 

I use legitimate interests as my lawful basis for holding and using your personal information in this way when you visit my website. If you are currently having counselling or in contact with me to consider counselling, I will process your personal data where it is necessary for our counselling contract and to fulfil requests of information made by you.
