First contact and initial sessionIf you are interested in counselling please reach out either through my website, email or phone. You can share a bit about what brings you to counselling, what you're looking for and your availability. If we find a time convenient for our sessions we will book an initial session. Initial sessions are at a reduced rate of £35 for 50 minutes. This is an opportunity for us to meet each other and see how we might work together, for you to share what brings you to counselling and to help you decide if you are happy to continue. I will ask you what your hopes are for counselling, what you want to work on, if you have accessed counselling before and other questions. You only have to share what you feel comfortable with, as will be the case in all our sessions, as we will work at your pace. There is no obligation to continue after the first session. If you wish to continue afterwards we will organise ongoing sessions.
